A court in Andhra Pradesh issued an arrest warrant against Indian cricket team skipper M.S. Dhoni for reportedly hurting the Hindus devout sentiments.
In Andhra Pradesh, Anantapur local court claimed the arrest warrant as Dhoni did not appear in the court regardless of three summons sent in the past. It sent the orders to police to present Dhoni in the court July 16.
The picture had carried by Business Today in its April 2013 edition. Dhoni was depicted as god of Hindu Vishnu with a caption “God of Big Deals” and taking hold commodities offered for sale of various companies and also a shoe in his hand. Y. Shyam Sunder, a local Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader, had registered a appeal in the court this year in February claiming that the cricketer had hurt the emotional feelings of Hindus by disparaging the god of Hindu.
The court issued summons to Dhoni on three instances was returned. The court issued the arrest warrant, which get hold of the hearing on Tuesday.
Actually Dhoni known for his calmness and smart thinking. But now he is got into this matter with the happening of this incident.
